I recently purchased a back windshield replacement for my Chevy 2004 Cavalier. It is wonderful to go out to the car now and the window works. It is a good thing to see when you drive. Thank You for the sound and wise leadership it takes to serve the public the way your company does every day. Thank you for your business commitment and sacrifice needed to be a stabilizing economic contributor in our local and U.S. economy. You are part of the ongoing solution needed in our financial market; this is no small undertaking and you are to be admired for your hard work.
Upon doing business with you I believe my above statements can be validated by the experience I have not only with Bryan Neeley but with Ray and Mary Jones as well. Each time I spoke with Bryan on the phone I learned more about the situation revolving around my back windshield which had many complicated issues connected to it; he could have easily waved me off in light of the other more pressing and lucrative accounts. Because of Bryan’s ability to listen intently and assess information carefully I believe the reasons for the windshields refusal to work were solved in a most timely and less expensive manner.
Each time calling I was greeted by Mary who could have easily let the phone keep ringing in light of how many times I called. She is a true front line positive representative for your company. She is indeed one of your most valuable employees.
A special thank you to Ray who did a tremendous job on my back windshield and I believe he is the very best in the business. I have witnessed other windshield replacements at my school parking lot and some of them can not report satisfied stories and expert results as I am readily able.

My name is Rose Marie Bates, and I live in West Columbia. I had used your company years ago and recently needed additional glass cut for four pieces of bedroom furniture. Brian was the associate who assisted me. He was so very friendly and provided excellent customer service. When I called to request an estimate, he quickly scheduled someone to come to the house and made every effort to accommodate my schedule. Two of the pieces were a bit more complex, as they have a curved design. Brian sent one of the techs out to see if the glass had been cut correctly; it had not, so it was re-done in a timely fashion and delivered to my home. My husband and I had been preparing our house for months in anticipation of my grandmother’s one-year memorial, which was this past weekend. We had several friends and family over to the house after Church this past Sunday, and I was really going crazy the week before trying to tie up loose ends! Brian sensed that, and made sure that I had the glass by the requested date and even had it delivered! I must say that he went above and beyond the call of duty, and his excellent customer service and attentiveness meant so much to me as I was trying to finalize the preparations.I am extremely pleased with your company, its employees, and the workmanship you provide. I wanted to take just a moment to let you know how much we appreciate the excellent customer service you have provided in replacing the four windows in the front of our home. When I noticed the problem with the first windows, I was heart broken and just knew I was stuck with them. Your understanding and quick response were pleasant surprises. I do not know of many businesses that would be so anxious to please the customer. I will certainly call you with any other glass needs we may have in the future.
